Dear patients,
don't be surprised if you receive an SMS or email from "Nelly" - our billing partner is called "Nelly". When your new treatment bill is due, you will receive an SMS and an email with a link from Nelly. Through this link, you will receive your current bill in your Nelly patient portal.
In the Nelly patient portal, you then have the direct option to save your invoice, print it out, pay it and send it to your health insurance company.
